EFT Payment is due on order.
An invoice will be sent to you with banking details for EFT payment as soon as the order has been placed.
A 10% charge will be added for Made to Measure services.
We will not commence work on an order before confirmation or receipt of payment has been made.
All our garments are hand-made, and production normally takes 4-6 weeks. The item will be manufactured as soon as possible and sent to you within or before the time frame due. Made to measure or custom design orders may take up to 6 weeks. You will be informed once the order items are complete to arrange collection via your business delivery service. All deliveries must be taken care of via this service. Postage and packing costs will be added to your orders.
All garments which are ordered will be checked and inspected for any manufacturing defects.
You must notify us of any defect in the garment or mistake in your order within 24hrs of receiving your order - otherwise we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Manufacturing defects will be rectified at our own cost.
No items may be returned once they have been delivered to the customer. Due to the nature of the Latex material used to produce our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk to any of our customers.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments.
We cannot offer refunds for Made to Measure garments for any other reason. This is because such garments are made to order to the customer's specification and it is very difficult for us to re-sell them.
What constitutes a customised order.
By adding an attribute to an order or ordering in a colour other than Black the customer has then customised the product/order, this can be by way of colour choice, choice of stripes, choice of stripe colour, adding zips, zip colour and also by changing the thickness of the latex. 0.40 guage or 0.70gauge latex is available. If the customer would like an item in a different guage please contact us for item price to quote to the customer before going ahead with the sale of the item.

EDENWEAR’S RANGE OF COLOURS COME IN BLACK AS STANDARD ONLY.
Optional Stripes and trim in red are available.
We will advice on other colour choices and whether it is possible to make the specified customised item in another colour if preferred.
No orders will be excepted if the customer does not fit into the Small- X Large size frame.
Edenwear can repair most items that have been accidentally damaged.
If you have an item that is in need of repair please contact us with the details of the damage.
Please do not send us anything until we have discussed this beforehand with you. All garments being returned for any repairs must be in a clean condition, any silicone shine products washed off as we are unable to work with items covered in any shine.
These will be sent back to you if received in this condition or will incur additional costs if we have to wash them please ensure you follow these instructions thank you.
When returning an item clearly mark the package as a "ITEM BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR"
We are not responsible for any delivery charges for repair
Repair fee: R 150.00 per hr time depending on repair required.
Cancelling or changing your order
We will not accept cancellation once the order is placed and processed.
If your order has not been fully processed i.e. pattern made, cut and ready for manufacture we will be happy to exchange the item for an alternative item of the same value. If the item that it is exchanged for is more than the current value the balance must be settled before commencing with the order. Otherwise we will deducted a 15% handling fee to cover our costs and bank charges before making any refunds.
